Each session is carefully designed to ensure you receive the best result and can include a variety of techniques. Sessions are priced based on time and not modality or “upgrade” and include all the extras including aromatherapy, pain relief balms, CBD oils and balms, organic oils and lotions.
All oils, detergents, cleaning products, and products are organic and chemical free.
Please select a time length that fits your specific needs and time investment that you are able to commit to. Sessions can be pre-purchased in packages of three to five sessions at a discounted rate.
Remember, it’s about giving you the final result you’re looking for, and usually for my clients that means spending enough time to get to the root of the issue.
These sessions are meant to build on each other and consistency is important.

INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE
Life experiences ranging from everyday stressors to trauma shape how we carry ourselves, our bodies and our pain. Customized sessions utilize advanced techniques that are each personally designed to help erase pain, stress and tension. Sessions can blend a variety of advanced techniques from myofascial release, visceral manipulation, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and lymphofascial release with aromatherapy, organic oils, pain relief balms, reiki and intuition to ease your discomfort, lower your stress and help your body return to a state of homeostasis.
NINETY MINUTE SESSION: recommended for a full body session with an area of deep focus – $130 per session
SIXTY MINUTE SESSION: recommended for a single focused area of treatment or a continued series of focused treatments – $90 per session
REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. As an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher Trainer with 20 years experience, I use years of experience combined with education and intuition to help you achieve your healing goals. Please allow extra time before and after your appointment for discussion.
NINETY MINUTE SESSION: recommended for chronic conditions and full body sessions with an area of deep focus – $130 per session
60 MINUTE SESSION: recommended for single focused issue, a general full treatment or as a continued series of treatments. – $90 per session
DISTANCE REIKI HEALING
Using the above Reiki and intuitive healing techniques, Distance Reiki, or remote Reiki, is a healing session that is given while you are (typically) in your own home and your Reiki Practitioner is somewhere else. You do not have to attend in person to receive the benefits of Reiki healing and can receive the benefits of Reiki from your own home!

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. It is recommended that you receive a session prior to surgery (if possible), and a series of sessions after surgery to facilitate healing, decrease pain and swelling and decrease scarring. To find out how many sessions you need please feel free to contact me or we can discuss at your first session.
THIRTY MINUTE SESSION: recommended for your first lymphatic session before and after surgery – $50 per session
60 MINUTE SESSION: recommended for most lymphatic drainage needs and should be done in a series for optimum results – $90 per session
INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS
Integrative wellness sessions are for those seeking deep change on every level. We will combine integrative massage, intuitive reiki healing, as well as wellness and meditation coaching. Each session includes follow up support, as well as tools to help you rediscover your inner you!
TWO HOUR SESSION: all integrative wellness sessions are two hours long to allow for deep healing work – $200
